Denver, CO

The Thai Food Cart will close down after June 28th, 2012

Dear Valued Customer, Friend, Neighbor and everybody:

Since Downtown Denver Partnership (DDBID) have started a new Program, many things have changed, including:

1. Overage charge on sales at a rate of 6% for Food.
2. The Rent increased.
3. Hours of Operations for All year or Seasonal, like below (This Program will start on July 1st 2012.).
-Minimum 7 hours per day (5 on Sundays) .
-6 days per week
-Summer hours are 11-6 Mon-Sat and 12-5 Sun.
-Winter hours are 11-5 Mon-Sat and 12-4 Sun.

For me the Overage charge at a rate of 6% and the Rent increase are fine.

But for Hours of Operations, I can’t open 6 days a week.  Most I could do is I open 5 days per week, with hours like Summer 11-7 Mon-Fri. and Winter 11-3 Mon-Fri (on Nice days ONLY.)

I have been thinking how to follow the new DDBID program for a couple of months, and I have been thinking many times a day, but I cannot figure out a way I can follow DDBID’s new program yet.

So, time has gone by, I decided to close down The Thai Food Cart, and hopefully someday I can figure out the way to follow the Denver Partnership’s new program maybe see you again If DDBID lets me back into the Mall.

So now, June 28th 2012 will be my last day on the mall.

I would like to say ‘Thank You Very Much’

1.) To All my Customers, who wait in the line in hot, cold, windy, raining, and sometimes snowing days even knowing that maybe people in the front of you will order 2 orders and ………………you still wait there.

2.) To Miss Ashlea and Family for making The Thai Food Cart and Restaurant web site (and we will keep web site).

3.) To All ‘Yelp’ Customers who spent their time to write a review about The Thai Food Cart.

4.) To Westword Magazine for support many small business including me.

5.) To All Friends, even when I have no time for you but all of you still be my friends.

6.) To Denver Police for protecting the mall and keeping the eye on the mall.

7.) To Embassadors in Yellow and Purple Jackets to keep the Mall so clean and give Info to who need it.

8.) To All Neighbors, for letting me use the bathroom and for being very good Neighbor.

9.) To DDBID for having this spot for me to present my food.

10.) And to Everybody who help me out to have and run this Thai Food Cart.

11.) And I almost forget… to Mr. Mitchell Baker to pay for my Ticket.

Thank you, Thank you , to every body.
Please know that I very appreciate your business.
